Returns & Refund Policy
In the jewelry industry, a clear return and refund policy is important for building trust and keeping customers happy. At House Of Freyr®, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, so it’s important to understand how our policy works—especially when it comes to manufacturing defects.
We do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product. This is a common practice in the jewelry world, especially because many of our pieces are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. That means once an item is purchased, it can’t always be resold.
3 Steps Return Process
1. Inform (Within 48 Hours)
Email connect@houseoffreyr.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:
- Your full name
- Product name or SKU
- Make a parcel opening video showing the products clearly (compulsory)
- Clear images showing the defect (if applicable)
Once reviewed and approved, we will confirm your return request and share the next steps.
2. Return (Within 5 Days of Approval)
- Carefully pack the item in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
- Ship it back within 5 days of return approval.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Share the courier tracking details with us once dispatched.
Please note: Returns without original packaging or for used/damaged products will not be accepted.
3. Refund (Coupon Code)
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you within 24–48 hours.
- If the return is approved, a refund coupon code (valid for 1 year) will be issued via email.
- No bank refunds are offered; only store credit in the form of a one-time-use coupon.
