ORDER DISPATCH

House of Freyr orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will be intimated via email/message about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with the Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.

ORDER DELIVERY

For India:

Our logistics partner usually delivers the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID. 

Please note: A 10-digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India, as our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery method. Failure to receive the OTP may lead to non-delivery of the package, which is totally beyond our control. If the package returns to our warehouse, additional charges can incur. The customer will bear the additional shipping charges to reship the package. 

SHIPPING CHARGES

For India:

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹2000
  • Orders below ₹2000, the shipping charges will be ₹150
  • Cash-handling charge of ₹125 is applicable for all COD orders within India.
